WORKOUT OF THE WEEK
SATURDAY'S WORKOUT
Our second session in the Strength and Conditioning room definitely proved to be a success - probably the most intense we've had so far! Unfortunately we couldn't have fitness on Saturday just gone due to Muhesh's injury - BUT we still have quality workouts planned for you this week to get you pumped for Nationals this weekend.
1) Press Ups - 20 reps x 3 Sets (Knee press ups if you can't do this)

3)Lunges 20 (10 per leg) x 4 Sets Jump Squats - 10 x 4 Sets https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CVaEhXotL7M

5) Cardio of choice - 10 minutes
