There are certain roles which require more admin work than others, whilst other positions are more focused on specific development of players in the club. However, it is integral that all committee members contribute to the best interests of the club and can voice their opinions on any matters of concern.

Most importantly though, being part of the committee is genuinely an opportunity for you to make a difference to the way the club is run. If you loved being part of the club this year, running on committee may well top that.
