SATURDAY'S WORKOUT
1) Cardio warm up (e.g. Skipping) - 5 minutes
2) 4 sets x Single Leg Ball Slams (5 reps each leg)
3) 4 sets x Tackle Plank Revolutions (30 seconds on, 15 seconds off)
4) 4 sets x Horizontal Jumps (5 reps each Leg)
5) 4 sets x Reverse Crunch/Crunch (10 FULL REPS)
